OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a summary judgment case. Appellant brought suit against appellee for indemnity for a judgment entered against appellant in a prior personal injury lawsuit involving a third party. 1 Both parties filed motions for summary judgment. The trial court denied appellant’s motion for summary judgment and granted appellee’s motion for summary judgment resulting in a take nothing judgment against appellant. We affirm.
