Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Donald A. Greenwood, J.), entered May 30, 2014. The order granted that part of the cross motion of defendant William L. LeVea for summary judgment with respect to plaintiffs obligation to defend LeVea and otherwise denied the cross motion, and denied the motion and cross motion of defendant Lenore Ellis, as Administratix of the Estate of Christopher Spack, deceased, and plaintiff, respectively, for summary judgment.
