A 1963 judgment of divorce which made the parties tenants in common of the marital home also provided for sale of said property upon the plaintiff wife’s remarriage, with the additional provision that from the sale she was to receive $2,560, and that the defendant husband was to receive the balance of the net proceeds from the sale.
