MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This removed matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion for summary judg ment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. As there are no material facts in dispute, the matter is ripe for summary disposition.

This motion presents two issues. The first issue is whether defendants, Laura White and James Davey, who are federal employees, were acting within the scope of their employment when they were involved in an automobile accident with plaintiff, Ann Walters.
