A jury found appellant guilty of the crime of involuntary manslaughter and fixed his punishment at a term of three years in the penitentiary and a fine of $1,000. From the judgment is this appeal.

The information was based upon the following sections of the statute: (Ark. Stats., 1947, § 41-2207) “Manslaughter defined.
