Appellants Brian P. Min, Federal Offshore, Inc., and Min Transcontinental, Inc. (collectively Min), appeal from an order signed by the trial court after a panel of this Court reversed the trial court’s final judgment, rendered judgment in favor of appellee, H & S Crane Sales, Inc. (H & S), and remanded the case to the trial court with instructions.
