HERRON, J.,

Plaintiffs Textile Biocides and Saniclean signed agreements to buy and sell the defendant Avecia’s antimicrobial product Reputex.1 The deal went poorly for both sides. The plaintiffs sued Avecia for fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference and negligent misrepresentation. Avecia filed coun*246terclaims for fraud and breach of contract. Each side moved for summary judgment on the other’s claims. The court grants in part both sides’ motions.
