Burke, J., at jury trial and sentencing), rendered October 1, 2014, convicting defendant of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth and fifth degrees and petit larceny, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of two to four years, unanimously affirmed.
