These are petitions for writs of review of judgments of the Superior Court upon verdicts of juries in that *242court, assessing damages, upon the petitions of the respondents, for lands taken by this petitioner for its railroad.
■ The first question is, whether the statute authorizes a review of such a judgment. The Pub.
