A PPEAL from the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Bightor, J. The liquidating commissioners of insolvent banks can claim no salaries, but are restricted to the commissions allowod by the law. P. S., Section 1818. The Louisiana Savings Bank and Safe Deposit Company was placed in liquidation in June, 1879. On the 16th of June, 1887, *516the ■ liquidators, or commissioners, filed their second provisional account.
This account exhibits assets as follows :
