The appellant, William Edward Dickerson, was convicted of the offense of robbery and sentenced to twelve years imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
For the state, Mr. Alvin Harris testified that on September 9, 1965, he was manager of the Pic-Kwik store at Cottage Hill and Azalea Road in Mobile County.
