Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Potoker, J.), rendered September 19, 1979, convicting her of manslaughter in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Defendant requested the assistance of police officers, because she was locked out of her apartment and her five-month-old baby was in a plastic bag within the apartment.
