Pursuant to a petition of plaintiff, Linda R. Bires, we entered a rule to show cause upon defendant, Theodore J. Stefanak Jr., as to the following matters:(1) A request to enter judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $32,000, plus alimony to the date of the entry of the order;(2) To award interest on unpaid installments of monies owing upon a marital agreement made and entered between the parties on December 4, 1983;(3) To award counsel fees and costs against defendant;(4) To attach defendant’s wages;(5) To find defendant in contempt;.(6) Any and all…
