—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant’s conviction is supported by legally sufficient evidence and the verdict is not agáinst the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495). Defendant contends that his alleged statements to two inmate witnesses were obtained in violation of his right to counsel (US Const Sixth Amend) and that County Court therefore erred in admitting into evidence the testimony of the two inmate witnesses concerning those statements.
