This case came before the Supreme Court on October 5, 2016, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided. The plaintiff, Anthony Pullar (plaintiff), appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing his complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendant, Louis Cappelli (defendant).
