11 This appeal arises from a dispute between condominium unit owners and their condominium association regarding the operation of short-term rentals. Vanderbilt New Orleans, LLC ("Vanderbilt”), The Penthouse at Jax, LLC (“PAJ”), and New Jax, LLC (“New Jax”) appeal the district court’s November 10, 20151 judgment granting New Jax Condominiums Association, Inc.
