Knight and Tommy Jones appeal the judgment of the probate court allowing a petition brought by the State of Missouri, Department of Social Services, MO HealthNet Division (“State”) for an accounting under section 461.300 1 to recover Medicaid benefits provided on behalf of Wallace G. Jones (“Decedent”).
