This is an action of assumpsit brought by the Valvoline Oil Company, a corporation, against J. W. Banes, to recover the sum of $569.95, with interest, on a book account for oil products allegedly sold to defendant. To the statement of claim, *548defendant' has filed an affidavit of defense raising questions of law under section 20 of the Practice Act of May 14,1915, P.
