|! Donna Aubert appeals the decision of the New Orleans Civil Service Commission upholding her termination as a police officer. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.

I. Background Facts

When Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans on August 29, 2005, Ms. Aubert was employed as a police officer in the New Orleans Police Department. She was assigned to the Seventh District under the command of Captain Robert Bardy.
