This action was brought by appellant for the recovery of actual and exemplary damages, growing out of an alleged-wrongful conversion by appellee of certain cattle, which were claimed to be the separate-property of appellant. Appellee replied by-general demurrer and general denial, special exceptions, and by special answer, to which appellant addressed a special exception. The court sustained all of appellee’s special exceptions and overruled appellant’s special exception to appellee’s special answer.
