Following a March 2009 bench trial, the trial court found respondent, Tyler G. (born August 30, 1996), guilty of residential burglary (720 ILCS 5/19—3(a) (West 2008)), and the court adjudicated him delinquent. In April 2009, the court sentenced respondent to 60 months’ probation.
