Appellant was charged by affidavit on June 6, 1968, with the crimes of Robbery and Robbery While Armed. On June 19, 1968, appellant filed a notice of alibi, to which the State filed its notice and statement on June 21, 1968. Appellant thereafter pleaded not guilty to both charges. On August 1, 1968, appellant filed an amended notice of alibi, to which the State filed its notice and statement on August 3, 1968. Appellant waived jury trial.
