OPINION DETERMINING THE EXTENT AND VALIDITY OF HOME LIENS

The issue before the Court is when Donald Gene Ragsdel (“Debtor”) acquired an interest in certain real estate and whether a judicial lien attached to the property. On January 20, 2009, Trustee Rice P. Burns, Jr. (“Trustee”) filed a Complaint against Farmers State Bank N/K/A Citizen’s State Bank (“Farmers”) and Platinum Financial Services Corporation (“Platinum”) to determine the extent and validity of home liens.
