The underlying case involves allegations of trademark infringement and tortious in terference with advantageous business relationships. In a Memorandum and Order entered July 13, 2007, this Court granted a motion of the plaintiff, for a preliminary injunction. Now before the Court is a motion of the defendant to determine compliance with that preliminary injunction.
