The primary question presented by this appeal is whether the provisions of Section 7(h) of the Natural Gas Act, as amended, 1 afford a constitutional basis for the expropriation of an easement and right-of-way for the construction of a gas pipe line across appellant’s land by the appellee, a natural gas company, constructing such a pipe line under authority of a certificate of public convenience and necessity granted by the Federal Power Commission.
