MANION, Circuit Judge.

Putnam County Sheriff Philip Hansen terminated Kathryn Zorzi from her job as dispatcher in the sheriffs office. Because she was fired, and later because she was not reinstated by the newly elected sheriff, Zorzi sued. This is an interlocutory appeal from orders entered on counts one, two and five of Zorzi’s Second Amended Complaint.
