John J. Mandzak and Daniel Dixon (Objectors) appeal from the January 2, 2003 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (trial court) denying Objectors standing to intervene in the land use appeal of Robert Boerner (Boerner). The trial court had sustained Boerner’s appeal of the June 3, 2002 decision of the Hazle Township Zoning Hearing Board (Board) that denied his request for a variance. We affirm.
