Hpon the final accounting of the executors in this case, the legatees in the will objected to the account upon the ground that it did not include the interest of the decedent in a bond and mortgage executed to him and his wife in 1878 for the payment of the smn of six thousand dollars, money loaned, which was outstanding at the time of his death in 1886, and also at the time of the death of the wife which occurred some two months later.
