W. G. Harrington brought this suit against the Houston East West Texas Railroad Company to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been suffered by his wife while a passenger on one of defendant's trains and being due to the negligence of defendant in failing to heat its coach, in failing to furnish her a reasonably safe and comfortable means of transfer from one of its trains to another at a point where a wreck had occurred and in failing to furnish her a reasonable opportunity to procure food during a journey from Nacogdoches to Dallas, lasting about twenty-two hours.
