This is an appeal by the employee from a decree entered in the Superior Court, in proceedings under the workmen’s compensation act, dismissing a claim for further compensation. On January 25, 1929, the employee while at work for the Glenwood Range Company as a moulder sustained' a burn upon his left foot. It is conceded by the insurer that the injury arose out of and in the course of liis employment.
