Plaintiffs challenge to the court’s response to a jury note is unpreserved (see People v Lewis, 13 AD3d 208, 212 n 6 [2004], affd 5 NY3d 546 [2005]), and we decline to review it in the interest of justice (People v Williams, 297 AD2d 565 [2002], lv denied 99 NY2d 566 [2002]). Were we to review this claim, we would find that, contrary to plaintiffs position, the special interrogatories in support of a general verdict do not dictate…
