Plaintiff Delora Reagan (“Plaintiff’) challenges the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying her claim for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1382. United States Magistrate Judge Susan K.
