Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered February 8, 1996, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree (two counts) and burglary in the second degree (two counts).

In January 1995, Kevin Wilson and defendant collaborated on a means of burglarizing a business known as “Mr. Bagel” located in the Town of Ulster, Ulster County.
