In this action for injunctive relief for false designation of origin under § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and unfajr competition, plaintiff Sweetheart Plastics, Inc. (Sweetheart) appeals from the judgment entered on the jury verdict in favor 0f defendant Detroit Forming, Inc. (Detroit).
