In a divorce action between Polly Glisson Manus and Billy T. Manus, the agreement of the parties that custody of their minor child would be in the mother, except for stated periods of time, was incorporated in the judgment of the court. During the same term of court the father brought a motion to modify the judgment, asserting that after the order of the court was signed he gained information showing that the mother is an unfit person to have custody of the child.
