Benham, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of criminal attempt to commit burglary. *656On appeal he contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the judgment and that the trial court erroneously denied several of his motions. We disagree and affirm the conviction.

1. The State’s sole witness testified that he and his wife were awakened at 3:00 a.m. on January 1, 1985, by the burglar alarm in their store located next to their home.
