Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed July 5, 2011, which, among other things, transferred liability to the Special Fund for Reopened Cases pursuant to Workers’ Compensation Law § 25-a.

Claimant suffered a work-related right carpel tunnel syndrome and right thumb injury in January 2003 and was awarded workers’ compensation benefits. Claimant underwent surgery on her right hand and, shortly thereafter, returned to her regu*1226lar employment duties.
