[¶ 1] Shirley A. Gallant appeals from a summary judgment entered in the District Court (Rumford, McElwee, J.) in favor of Bartash, Inc. Gallant asserts that her former employer, Bartash, Inc ., did not pay her vacation túne within “a reasonable time” as required by 26 M.R.S.A. § 626 (Supp.2001). 1 We disagree and affirm the judgment.
