Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cooperman, J), rendered March 9, 2004, convicting him of arson in the first degree, attempted murder in the second degree, conspiracy in the second degree, insurance fraud in the second degree, criminal solicitation in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, and assault in the second degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
