(Harrison) appeals from the Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court’s (trial court) March 10, 2016 order granting Jose Rivera (Rivera) and Paula Marino’s (collectively, Owners) Renewed Motion to Set Aside the sheriffs sale of a storage garage located at 802 Judson Street in Philadelphia (Property) (Renewed Motion).
