HENLEY, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellants in these consolidated employment discrimination actions contest the district court’s1 decertification of two of three classes, dismissal of the remaining class, and dismissal of their individual claims. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand in part with directions.
This case represents the consolidation of several individual and class claims of employment discrimination based on race or sex or both under 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. Appellants are…
