This is an application in purported aid of an examination of an accounting executor under section 263 of the Surrogate’s Court Act for an order directing the latter “ to permit an accounting or accountants employed by the moving party to make a general examination of all of the books ” of seven named corporations.

According to the composite demonstration of the moving papers and answering affidavit the stockholdings of the decedent and *17consequently of his estate in the several corporations in respect of which such examination is sought were as follows:
