OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Montville Plastics Rubber, Inc. ("Montville"), appeals from a February 12, 2007 entry of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas denying Montville's motion for relief from judgment, pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). For the reasons discussed herein, the appeal is dismissed.

{¶ 2} Appellee, Robert Thorton ("Thorton"), was injured while working for Montville on June 27, 2005.
