El Piscis, Inc., the holder of a plenary retail alcohol consumption license issued by the Town of West New York, appeals from orders by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control denying relief under N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.18 and N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.39.
