BLAIR, Judge.
Grayce L. Retz filed a claim in the Probate Court of Jackson County, Missouri, against the estate of Lee Haynes, deceased, for services rendered him during his lifetime and after trial that court allowed her $7,200.00. William S. Morris, the administrator, appealed this allowance to the circuit court. By stipulation a jury was waived and the cause was submitted to that court on the record of the evidence and the exhibits previously submitted to the probate court.
