MEMORANDUM DECISION

FREDERICK A. JOHNSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The trustee of this estate seeks approval of an application to compromise this adversary proceeding. Devonshire Capital Corporation, a creditor of Sherman Homes has objected to the application. The court concludes that the application should be approved.

On May 15,1981, Sherman Homes filed a petition under chapter 11. In December of 1981, the Foggs filed a complaint for relief from stay under 11 U.S.C.A. § 362(d) (1979). They allege that they hold claims against Sherman Homes, which are secured by mortgages on the land and buildings of…
