This case involves three separate proceedings in mandamus instituted in this Court by which the three relators seek, generally speaking, to require the Director of Personnel and the members of the Civil Service Commission of West Virginia to restore the relators to the positions of employment which they severally held with the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner and from which positions of employment they have been discharged.
