— This appeal was taken from an order setting aside a decree pro confesso and a final decree consequent thereon, the order appealed from having been made upon an application presented more than twenty days, to-wit: about sixty days after the date of the final decree. An erroneous denial of a motion to set aside a decree pro confesso and final decree consequent thereon will be reversed. Jett v. Eldridge, 63 Fla. 442, 59 South. Rep. 16.
