{¶ 1} Respondent, Fred Phillip Schwartz of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0007494, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1978. On February 17, 2015, relator, disciplinary counsel, charged Schwartz with three counts of professional misconduct.
