On September 17, 2008, Delacy Deon Hunter, appellant, was convicted of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance in violation of Code § 18.2-250, possession of a controlled substance while simultaneously in possession of a firearm on or about his person in violation of Code § 18.2-308.4(B), and carrying a concealed weapon in violation of Code § 18.2-308(A).
